How does the free trial work?
Create your account and get instant access for 7 days. A credit card is required to start your trial — you won't be charged until day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your dashboard.
What are the product limits per plan?
Tracker tracks up to 50 products, Planner up to 100 products. If you need more, upgrade to the Power plan for unlimited product tracking and multi-store support. Existing products are never deleted if you exceed a limit — new syncs simply pause until you upgrade or remove products.
What happens when I click "Start Free Trial"?
You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete payment setup. Your trial starts immediately — you won't be charged until after 7 days.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your subscription — no questions asked.
How does WooCommerce sync work?
Connect your WooCommerce store with API credentials (read-only). We sync your products and orders automatically every hour to calculate accurate stock predictions.
